Commissions

April takes a limited number of commissions per year on projects that interest her. She loves working with a collector to create their dream piece. 

How the Process Works:

April will have a phone call with the collector and get a sense of the emotion and composition of what they want. The collector will send photos (the room in which the painting will hang, rugs, and furnishings, photos of a beloved place, etc. all help April pull together the different aspects of what a client wants). If the clients wants to proceed, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be required.

Next, April will sketch up several compositions and have the client give feedback. After the composition is settled on, April starts painting. April will send several pictures along the way to give the client a chance to make any adjustments.

April has completed this process many times with collectors and the results are fantastic. Ultimately she wants you to have exactly what you want!
