Return & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your art. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy on both original art and art prints.

Returns

  • You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

  • The artwork must be in new, undamaged condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed once the artwork is received and inspected and the money will be returned within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • SPECIAL ALLOWANCE FOR HOLIDAYS: Any products bought between November 1st and December 30th will be allowed a 90 day return window to allow more time for gift giving.

Sizing Guidance

To help you choose the perfect size and avoid return hassles, please:

  • Read our Art Size Guide before purchasing.

  • Use painter’s tape to outline the size on your wall where you plan to hang your art. This will help ensure your new piece is the ideal fit for your space.

Damaged Items

  • If your art arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will send a replacement piece at no cost to you right away.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@aprilmoffatt.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with the return address and packaging instructions.
