What if my art arrives damaged?

Every order is 100% insured against damage. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify our studio within 48 hours with photos, and we will ship a free replacement immediately.

What is the difference between a gallery-wrapped canvas and a hand-embellished canvas?

A gallery-wrapped canvas is a high-resolution giclée print on stretched canvas that ships ready-to-hang. A hand-embellished canvas is individually painted over by artist April Moffatt using real oil paints and a palette knife to add physical, raised texture, hand-signed on the front and back, and custom framed.

Is the hand-embellished canvas signed by the artist?

Yes, each hand-embellished canvas is individually hand-signed by April Moffatt on both the front and back of the artwork and includes an official signed Certificate of Authenticity.

How long does a Giclée gallery-wrapped canvas print take to ship?

Giclée gallery-wrapped canvas prints are processed immediately and ship out directly from our professional fine art print partner in 3 to 5 business days.

How long does a hand-embellished canvas take to ship?

Hand-embellished canvases take 5 to 6 weeks total. This includes 3 to 4 weeks for printing and hand-painting at the easel, plus a mandatory 2-week curing period to allow the heavy oil impasto paint to harden safely for transport.

Is hanging hardware included with the artwork?

Yes, both gallery-wrapped prints and framed hand-embellished canvases arrive fully assembled with pre-mounted hanging wire, ready to display immediately upon unboxing.

What frame styles are available for the hand-embellished edition?

We offer three museum-grade 1.5 inch solid wood floater frame finishes: Studio Classic Gold, Studio Antique Silver, and Studio Natural Oak.
